glpics.com was started by hy to provide a space for his friends to post files at a certain site where I regular. It was never meant to be a file host for general purposes—although I don’t mind so much that it gets used for that.
If you want a glpics.com account, you must meet some of the following criteria.
Be a regular at the aforementioned site.
Explain to hy how you found glpics.com.
Explain to hy what you intend to use your space for.
eg. “I like to display my art on my blog.” Or “I just like to know that it’ll be there.”
I’m very liberal about the accounts; I just don’t want a bunch of random people with accounts who I’ve never even heard of.
Most likely, if you ask for an account, I’ll give you one. Just send me an email if you’re not a regular of the site where I… err… regular at. :)
This site is not photo bucket. If you want a completely anonymous file server, check out photo bucket. :P
If you came to this site and it seems that I removed all your files which you uploaded, I am sorry. Contact me via email with your old username and I’ll fix it for you. glpics.com was over crowded with random crap, and I’m entirely to O.C.D. to allow that to happen.
One last thing, don’t
be too concerned when sending me an email.
I’m a nice guy and not a control freak (despite how it may appear based
on my Nazi-esc account control. I really
just HATE cluttered file structure.
Having vertyfied vertyfied1 vertyfied2
vertyfied3 all in the root directory of glpics.com keeps me awake at night.
One more last thing.
My email where I can be contacted at is: admin@ignorethisemail.com except
replace ignorethisemail with glpics.
Pretty simple. Admin at this site.
If you can't figure that out, then you just don't deserve an account. :P
